Recruitment by private entities of groups that are difficult to integrate
This action encourages the recruitment of persons of at least 30 years of age from groups that are difficult to enter the labour market for a period of at least six months as a means of acquiring work experience.

The contractual relationship would be carried out, for a period not exceeding 12 months, under the form of activation contract for employment, regulated in the ninth additional provision of the consolidated text of the Employment Act, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2015, of 23 October.
The action was part of the POCV 2014-2020, within the REACT axis, and out of the total of 2,589 participants of the ECOVID 2020 call analysed, within 6 months of the completion of the action, a total of 819 people, or 31.6%, obtained a job, either on their own or on behalf of others.
The action is in line with the Spanish Strategy for Active Support for Employment 2021-2024, the Annual Employment Policy Plans and is part of LABORA ' s strategic planning.
