How to browse the Website of the General Secretariat of European Funds?

The website of the General Secretariat for European Funds functions as a single portal providing access to all EU-funded programmes. This Navigation Guide shows the structure of the information on this website, the accessibility criteria and the technical recommendations and programs necessary to obtain the information and access to the services offered.

Headings and headings

The headboard consists of three parts:

  • On the left, the official logo of the Ministry of Finance, following the Visual Identity Manual of the General State Administration.
  • The language menu is located in the centre section. To view the version of the portal in a language other than Spanish (default language), you will have to select the word "welcome" in the language corresponding to the desired multi-language version (Spanish: Welcome, Catalan: Benvinguts, Galician: Benvidos, Basque: Ongi Etorri and English: Welcome). You will then click on the button that appears on the right with an image of a hand by pressing a button.
  • On the right side there is a search engine to find any term that is part of this portal.

Main Menu

Below the header is the main menu, which is structured in the following sections:

  • European policies: here you can find the different instruments developed by the General Administration of the State in the field of regional policy.
  • Funds and programmes: this section contains the various funds and programmes through which the various EU grants are deployed and projects are developed.
  • Projects: here you can access the search engine for projects contained in the page. There are all the funds and programmes, especially the Operations of Strategic Importance and the outstanding projects of each of them.
  • Calls: this section leads the search engine for calls for grants and open aid that are financed by European funds. There is also a section on planned calls for proposals for each fund and programme.
  • We: this section is intended to provide information on the General Secretariat of European Funds: organigram and more outstanding news and events. It also includes the system of governance of the European funds, in different thematic networks, a contact form with the different funds and a resources section, with the most outstanding documents of each of the funds.

Body of the website

In the body of the website we find three parts:

  • A current carousel with the latest developments related to European funds.
  • The different policies of European funds: Recovery Plan, Cohesion, Fisheries, Agriculture...
  • A map with the most outstanding projects funded by all European funds.

At the bottom of the page you will find, in your left area, the obligatory logos of European funds, according to the Manual of Visual Identity of European funds. Its left part includes information regarding the Navigation Guide, Legal Notice, Data Protection, Accessibility, the web map, the electronic headquarters and the point of Acesso General.

How do we know where we are?

Via the header at the top of any content/results page on the website. Identify through the channel, subchannel and topic the informative content in which we are.

We can also orient ourselves at all times through the web map, located at the bottom of the page.
