How to browse the website of the General Secretariat of European Funds?

The website of the General Secretariat of European Funds functions as a single portal providing access to all programmes financed by European funds. This Navigation Guide shows the structure of the information on this website, the accessibility criteria and the technical recommendations and programmes required to be able to obtain the information and access to the services offered.

Main page

Headboard

The headboard consists of three parts:

  • On the left, the official logo of the Ministry of Finance, following the Visual Identity Manual of the General State Administration.
  • The language menu is at the centre. In order to display the version of the portal in a language other than Spanish (default language), the word 'welcome' must be selected in the language corresponding to the desired multi-language version (Spanish: Welcome, Catalan: Benvinguts, Galician: Benvidos, Euskera: Ongi Etorri and English: Welcome). It shall then be clicked on the button on the right with an image of one hand by pressing a button.
  • On the right there is a search engine to find any term that is part of this portal.

Main menu

Below the heading is the main menu, which is structured in the following sections:

  • European policies: here you can find the different instruments developed by the General Administration of the State in terms of regional policy.
  • Funds and programmes: this section contains the different funds and programmes through which different EU aid is deployed and the projects are developed.
  • Projects: The project search engine on the page is accessed here. There are all funds and programmes, especially Operations of Strategic Importance and the outstanding projects of each.
  • Aid: this section leads to the search for calls for grants and open aid which are financed by European funds. There is also one section of planned calls from each fund and programme.
  • We: this section is intended to provide information on the General Secretariat of European Funds: organisational chart and the most outstanding news and events. It also includes the system of governance of European funds, on different thematic networks, a contact form with the different funds and a resource section, with the most outstanding documents from each of the funds.

Web site

In the body of the web we find three parts:

  • A topical carousel with the latest developments relating to European funds.
  • The different policies of European funds: Recovery Plan, Cohesion, Fisheries, Agriculture…
  • A map of the most outstanding projects financed by all European funds.

The mandatory logos of European funds, in accordance with the European Fund Visual Identity Manual, appear on the bottom of the page in its left area. Its left side includes information relating to the Navigation Guide, Legal Notice, Data Protection, Accessibility, Web Map, Electronic Headquarters and the General Acesso Point.

How do we know where we are?

Via the header at the top of any content page/website results. It identifies through the channel, subchannel and theme the information content in which we find ourselves.

We can also guide ourselves at all times through the web map, located at the bottom of the page.

The Ministry ' s portal is accessible to the disabled in its entirety according to the standards of WAI-A WCAG 2.2 and W3C

The portal complies with W3C's recommendations regarding HTML 5.0 and CSS specifications.
