Integrated project at EDUSI Sagunt.

Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Puerto de Sagunto and one of the most emblematic, its heritage value has been respected and taken fully into account in all the interventions that have been carried out. The current interior layout of the building, the pavement and the original elements of the first floor have also been respected. It should be borne in mind that this building was only accessible to senior officials from the former steel industry and is now going to become a centre for social and cultural use open to the public, for which new uses and facilities are incorporated.

The use of the ground floor maintains its current use (warehouses, offices, library, machine rooms, toilets, old kitchen and two entrance halls), while the central courtyard has been left with a double height reminiscent of the original courtyard, where events are held as if it were a multipurpose room.

The main entrance is on the Canet side, and there is another secondary entrance on the Management Walk. An elevator has been placed in the main lobby area to ensure accessibility to the first floor.

On the upper floor, two rooms have been combined to form a large multi-purpose room, as well as toilets and a cleaning room. The rooms and toilets that were available for qualified AHM staff have been respected, including furniture and sanitary fixtures for the use of interpretation of the building as it is an important property. Even so, these rooms are equipped with sufficient facilities for use in the centre ' s administrative management work.

Finally, the rest of the units are meeting rooms for associations and the corridor leading to these rooms is connected to the double height of the courtyard, with a view to the courtyard.
